Keppler Office of Inspection Enforcement Region III US Nuclear Regulatory Commission 799 Roosevelt Road Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 DOCKET 50-255, LICENSE DPR-20 PALISADES PLANT, ER-76-01, SIRW VENT PLUGGED Attached is a reportable occurrence which relates to the Palisades Plant and has been classified as a failure or mal~.lllction which could prevent the fulfillment of the functional requirements of a system used to cope with accidents analyzed in the FSAR. Rapid operator action prevented any damage to the plant or release to the environment.
