  • Attached is a reportable occurrence which relates to the Palisades Plant.

This occurrence has been classified as the performance of a component that requires remedial action or corrective measures to prevent operation in a manner less conservative than assumed in the accident analysis, safety analysis or Technical Specifications basis. It should be further noted that the event date (March 4, 1976) is the date when it was determined that this occurrence was reportable.
