In the above reference, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) provided a report on the inspection results of the Post-Tensioning System and containment surface. An issue was discovered during a

. subsequent review of the report. The value of measured tendon pre-stress force for tendon D303 was listed as 1,165 kip rather than actual 1,200 kip on page 24, Table 3 - 7. This was a single error in the report that does not change any of the conclusions and is a conservative error for any areas in which the reported value was used.

The attached is a corrected page 24 of 49 in the referenced report. The correction pertains to the table that starts on page 23 of 49 titled "Table 3 - 7: Summary of Dome Tendon Forces"; the table concludes on page 24 of 49 with the affected value on the last row of the column labeled "Force, kip" in which the original report listed value was "1,165", with the corrected value of "1,200" listed on the attached. All other information in the table is correct.
