By letter dated July 10, 2018, and supplemented October 22, 2018, Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) submitted an application for renewal of the Humboldt Bay site-specific Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation license, SNM-2514. The NRC staff has completed its acceptance review of the application to determine if it contains sufficient information to allow the staff to complete the detailed technical review. This e-mail acknowledges acceptance of your application for a detailed technical review. I will follow-up with an acceptance letter that provides the NRC staffs planned schedule for review of the application.
