The revised Emergency Plan does not reduce. the effectiveness of emergency planning and response at the facility.

Due to recent construction around the facility, Figures 1 and 2 were revised to show a new fence location, some of the new surrounding structures., new access roads and a marina constructed on the south side of the facility. The adjusted fencing does not alter the emergency planning zone which is within the building. The secondary assembly point in the event the building is evacuated was changed to accommodate the new fence and access road.

An Emergency Action Level table was added to provide emergency classification guidance. This actually improves the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan by clearly showing the conditions to separate an unusual event from the uncommon alerts.

A copy of the revised Emergency Plan is attached for information.
