This letter notifies you, in accordance with the Technical Specification of License CX-22, of a change in Level I Personnel (Dean, School of Engineering)..

Dr. Shekhar Garde has been appointed Dean, School of Engineering, effective July 1, 2014. In that capacity he will be the Level 1 officer of the RPI Reactor Critical Facility.
