Dear Sir,

This letter notifies you, in accordance with our Technical Specifications of license CX -22, change in Level 1 personnel (Dean of School of Engineering).

Dr. Joe Chow has been appointed Administrative Dean of School of Engineering, effective August 16, 2013. In that capacity he will be the level 1 officer of RPI Reactor Critical Facility.
