REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE 251-77-4 LICENSEE EVENT REPORT PAGE TWO Event Descri tion (continued) reopened after the fuel shuffle to complete eddy current testing. During this testing, it was noted that an additional 10 plugs were apparently missing (Row 1 Columns 1-9, Row 1 Column 31). A search of the reactor vessel and intermediate loop piping by remote visual means and of portions of the pressurizer spray line by radiographic methods gave no evidence of the missing plugs.

This occurrence was identified as being reportable on June 29, 1977.'251-77-4)
