on the subject matter are to be scheduled by or through you. You are responsible for promptly preparing a meeting notice fqr such meetings and assuring that interested parties are promptly made aware of*each meeting schedu1 ed.

• A check list, Attachment 1, is provided to assist you. A copy of your meeting notices should go to those listed on Attachment 3 of this note.

Also attached for information is acopy of the first post Order Notice (March 15, 1979) of a meeting on this subject.

By copy of this note, other NRR supervisors who need to schedule meetings related to the March 13, 1979 Orders are requested to clear all plant specific meetings wi_th the responsible -project manager.

For generic meetings with Stone and \\~ebster or others that are not-plant specific, notices of such meetings should be promptly given in the *same manner as des~ribed above for plant s~ecific meetings *.
