- 1. 0 ENTRY CONDITIONS 1.1 Initiate*this procedure when a Reactor Trip is required or has occurred:
1.1.1 Reactor trip is requi-red by any of the following:
a._ Any Reactor Trip OHA AND associated bistable coincidence on 2RP4.,
.b. OHA A-40 AND A-48 lit. (SSPS Train Trouble)
- c. OHA F-30 lit. (Turbine Trip & P-7) 1.1.2 Occurrence of a Reactor Trip*is confirmed by
- both:
- a. !RPI indicates rods have tripped in.
AND b.- One or more of the following:
(1) React'or Trip light on 2RP4 illuminated.
(2) OHA F-46 lit. (Reactor Trip)
(3) A Reactor Trip breake.r AND associated*
Bypass breaker open.
