I am currently one of three reviewing officials at the Kansas State University (KSU) TRIGA Mk II Nuclear Reactor (license R-88, docket 50-188). I am nominating Dr. Alan Cebula, Nuclear Reactor Facility Manager, to serve as a Reviewing Official, effective immediately.

Dr. Cebula holds unescorted and SGI access at the KSU Nuclear Reactor Facility.
