UNIT 3 OUTAGE HOURS RECLASSIFICATION The following information is provided as an amendment to the May and June, 1991 Monthly Operating Reports for Unit 3.

The outage hours were reclassified to more accurately reflect work that was completed after the scheduled outage end date.

MAY The refueling outage was scheduled to end on 5/25 at 0051 (70 days from start of outage).

This amounts to 576.9 hours1.041667e-4 days
0.0025 hours
1.488095e-5 weeks
3.4245e-6 months
of scheduled outage time for May.

Of the remaining 167.1 hours1.157407e-5 days
2.777778e-4 hours
1.653439e-6 weeks
3.805e-7 months
(744.0 576.9) in the month, 69.7 hours8.101852e-5 days
0.00194 hours
1.157407e-5 weeks
2.6635e-6 months
were classified as planned extended outage time, bringing the total scheduled hours to 646.6.

The remaining 97.4 hours4.62963e-5 days
0.00111 hours
6.613757e-6 weeks
1.522e-6 months
(167.1 69.7) were classified as forced outage time.

The reported value of 744.0 scheduled outage hours for the month of May has been amended to reflect this reclassification.

JUNE The outage officially ended on June 3 at ll:32 (59.5 hours5.787037e-5 days
0.00139 hours
8.267196e-6 weeks
1.9025e-6 months
into the month) when the generator was initially synchronized to the grid.

The reported 59.5 hours5.787037e-5 days
0.00139 hours
8.267196e-6 weeks
1.9025e-6 months
of scheduled outage time was reclassified to forced outage time.

Also, 2.3 hours3.472222e-5 days
8.333333e-4 hours
4.960317e-6 weeks
1.1415e-6 months
of scheduled outage time was added to the month of June to account for the planned overspeed testing of the turbine prior to resynchronization to the grid.

The forced outage hours associated with the inadvertent containment spray event were not amended.
