Use of ASME Code Case N-403 on Palo Verde Units 1, 2 and 3
By letter dated October 17, 1985, you requested our approval to use ASME Code Case N-403 on Palo Verde.
This Code Case permits the reassembly of component and piping supports from completed supports that have not been in operating
- service, or from parts and materials of disassembled component and piping supports that have not been in operating service, provided all required documentation is available and the applicable code requirements are met.
We have completed our review of your request.
Based on that review, we find ASME Code Case N-403 is acceptable for use on Palo Verde Units 1, 2 and 3.
