Ne have received copies of the following applications which were filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review in connection with the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station. Unit No. 1.
1.
An August 26.
1985 application which transmitted the initial inservice inspection program.
2.
An October 17> 1985 application which requested approval to use ASME Code Case N-403.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170, as revised June 20, 1984, were not remitted with your applications.
This revised rule requires licensees to remit an application fee of $150 with each application for license amendment, relief, exemption and other request.
Therefore, it is requested that the Power Project remit the required application fees of $300 for your August 26, and October 17 requests.
The Power Project will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your applications in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
