I ask you to accept the petition of CREE, asking the NRC to order APS to remove corroded piiping and bacteria deposits from the Unit One spray ponds before initial briticality, and re-questing hearings to resolve the microbiologically induced corrosion (MIC) problems at Unit One and Unit Two before a full-power license is issued. I know you are also being approached by APS and others to keep the licensing process moving. I ask you to keep the safety and protection of citizens like me as your top priority, even under pressure.
