CAUS'E OESCRIPTION ANO CORRECTIVE ACTIONS Q27 o .The leak tests were bein erformed manuall with a portable tester but the entry personnel were not aware that. a manual test was necessary.

The test was 'performed satisfactorily within 1', hours of the entry and a clearance tag was placed on the outer door to prevent a reoccurrence.

.The automatic tester has since been repaired and is now functional.
