Ten feet of pipe is not tornado protected, and the pipe is connected to the Unit 1

CST above the safety related volume instead of to the AFW pump suction line.

The tie line had not been tested and placed in service and Unit 1'safety was not

CST will be laced into service to rovide backu water to the Unit 1'.

AFW system as stated in....the Unit 1 SER and FSAR.

The design of the entire tie line will be reviewed to ensure.there are no further problems.
