Additional Information

The inaccessible fitting mentioned in the Cause Description is associated with the lA Intake Cooling Water Pump

( ICWP). It is located on the lA ICWP lube water strainer drain line. 'It is down-stream of an isolation valve and is open to atmospheric pressure.

Based in its location and application, and on the fact that the two other fittings from the, same heat were acceptable, no further action is planned with respect to the inaccessible fitting.
