EVENT OESCRIPTION NO PROSAELE CONSECUENCES +Io During surveillance testing of TA Diesel Generator, the fuel transfer pump for this diesel failed to start as required. ACTION was initiated, per T.S. 3.8.1.1 and 1A Diesel Generator was declared INOPERABLE. This fuel 5 tra fr um was re aired o erationall tested satisfactoril and return 9 ed to service within 45 minutes. Although 1A Diesel Generator. was declar-this diesel could still run for many hours by gravity feed
