When the level indicator was repaired and placed back in service, the actual tank level was found to be 135 gal. below the applicable limit.

Action per T.S.

3.8.l.lb was initiated and the 1B DG fuel oil tank was filled above the applicable limit.

This is the first occurrence of'this type.
