C. 20555 RE: St. Lucie Unit. 1 Docket No. 50-335 Proposed Emergency License Amendment, St. Lucie Unit 1 Containment Penetrations Surveillance Re irement Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) requests to amend Facility Operating License DPR-67 for St. Lucie Unit 1. The proposed amendment excludes penetrations that are inside containment from the surveillance requirement of Technical Specification (TS) 4.6.1.1.a.l and is only valid for fuel cycle 11. contains a copy of the appropriate TS page marked-up to show the changes. Attachment 2 is a Safety Analysis in support of the proposed amendment. Attachment 3 is the "Determination of No Significant Hazards Consideration."

The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group and the Florida Power & Light. Company Nuclear Review Board. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91 (b)(1), a copy of the proposed amendment is being forwarded to the State Designee for the State of Florida.
