f. of Technical Specification 3.8.1.1. to make the Emergency Diesel Generator testing ACTION requirements.

it consistent with Attachment One is the marked-up Technical Specifications page for St. Lucie Unit 2. Attachment Two is a safety analysis for this change. Attachment Three is a "Determination of No Significant Hazards Considerations".

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(b)(l), a copy of this proposed license amendment is being forwarded to the State Designee for the State of Florida.

The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the St. Lucie Facility Review Group and the FPL Company Nuclear Review Board.
