Enclosed is a copy of a "Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating License and Proposed No Significant Hazards Consideration Determination and Opportunity for Hearing" for your information.
This notice relates to your June 12, 1987 application to modify the Unit 1 spent fuel pool to expand the storage capacity from 728 to 1706 fuel assemblies.
The notice, which affords an opportunity for hearing, has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
