Docket No- 50-335 Proposed License Amendent endix B S le Locations k~r In accordance with 10 GFR 50.30, Florida Power 6 Light Company submits erewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix B of Facility Operating License DPR-67.

The proposed amendment is described below and shown on the accompanying page bearing the date of this letter in the lower right hand corner.

TABLE 3.2-1 This is an administrative change of a dairy sample location and the addition of a fresh, leafy vegetable sample location.

TABLE 3-2 SHEET 3 This is a change of the location of the dairy sample as mentioned in TABLE 3-2-1 ~

We have determined that his request is a Class II Amendment pursuant to 1 0 CFR 1 70 since it is administrative in nature- Accordingly, a check for $ 1200 is enclosed.

The proposed amendment has been reviewed by the Florida 'Power 6 Light Company Environmental Review Group and Company Nuclear Review Board. They have concluded that it is administrative in nature, and that adverse effects on the environment.
