Leaka e was noted at the air lock outer door lower handwheel shaft packing land.

All of the air lock handwheel shaft packin lands were ad usted.

The air 1.ock wa retested and the leak rate was determined to be 48 SCQt.

Since the previous test was satisfactory, it is likely that the leak rate twas satisfactory rior to the hi 'n usage during the refueling.
