as required by 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210," paragraph (b)(2). These casks were loaded and processed in accordance with Certificate of Compliance (CoC) No. 1014, Amendment No. 8.
In the Reference 3 letter, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) transmitted CoC No.
1014, Amendment No. 8, Revision No. 1, including Appendices A and B (i.e., cask Technical Specifications) to Holtec International (i.e., the cask vendor and CoC Holder) . As stated in Reference 3, Revision No. 1 to CoC No. 1014, Amendment No. 8 supersedes CoC No. 1014, Amendment No. 8. The NRC also indicated that Holtec and general licensed users of CoC No.
1014, Amendment No. 8 should incorporate changes or perform applicable site evaluations due to Revision No. 1 in accordance with 10 CFR 72.212 no later than 180 days from February 16, 2016.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 On April 15, 2016, EGC completed the evaluations necessary to implement Coe No. 1014, Amendment No. 8, Revision No. 1 for the DNPS independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI). As required by 10 CFR 72.212(b)(4) EGC is registering the implementation of Coe No.
1014, Amendment No. 8, Revision No. 1 for three casks that were previously loaded to Coe No.
1014, Amendment No. 8 at the DNPS ISFSI. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days. Accordingly, this submittal is due by May 16, 2016.
