By letter dated July 11, 2014 (Reference 1), PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL Susquehanna) submitted an Application for Approval of Indirect Transfer of Control of the Licenses for the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2 in accordance with Section 184 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, 10 CFR § 50.80, and 10 CFR § 72.50.

The purpose of this letter is to update the list of individuals who are expected to become Principal Officers of Tal en Energy Corporation upon completion of the Transaction as descii.bed in Attachment 2 of Reference 1, and subsequently modified by Reference 2.

Robert D. Gabbard, Jr. is retiring effective April 1, 2015. Clarence J. Hopf, Jr. will become Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Tal en Energy Corporation after the transaction closes. In this capacity, Mr. Hopf will retain his current responsibility for fossil and hydro generation functions, and will take on the additional responsibility for energy marketing functions. As we previously advised you in Reference 2, Mr. Hopf is a U.S. citizen.

There are no new regulatory commitments associated with this response.
