paragraph (e)(4), Exelon Generation Company (EGC), LLC submits Revision 15 to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) and Amendment 26 to the Fire Protection Report (FPR) for Braidwood and Byron Stations.

The UFSAR is being submitted on Compact Disk - Read Only Memory (CD-ROM) in its entirety, including documents incorporated by reference (Braidwood Technical Requirements Manual (TRM) updated through Revision 087, Byron TRM updated through Revision 096, Braidwood Technical Specifications Bases (TSB) updated through Revision 097 and Byron TSB updated through Revision 090). All UFSAR pages changed as a result of this update are clearly delineated with "Revision 15 - December 2014" in the page footer. All FPR pages changed as a result of this update are clearly delineated with "Amendment 26 - December 2014" in the page header.

The valve trim replacement supported design basis flows consistent with the Steam Generator Tube Rupture Margin to Overfill and Dose Case analyses.

DRP 14-055 revised UFSAR Section 7.7.1.21.1 and UFSAR Figure 7.7-12 to decrease the time delay setpoint for the Anticipated Transient without Scram Mitigating System (AMS) from 25 seconds to 9 seconds as a result of a design change at Byron Station, Unit 2 in support of the Measurement Uncertainty Recapture (MUR) Power Uprate.

DRP 14-058 revised UFSAR Appendix 6.3A for proper positioning of valves as a result of a design change on Braidwood Station, Unit 2 to install a redundant isolation valve in series with 2SI8801A/B. In addition, the valves were added to Table 3.9-16 as "Active Valves."

DRP 14-059 revised UFSAR Section 7.7.1.21.1 and UFSAR Figure 7.7-12 to decrease the time delay setpoint for the AMS from 25 seconds to 9 seconds as a result of a design change at Braidwood Station, Unit 2 in support of the MUR Power Uprate.

DRP 14-075 revised UFSAR Appendix A, Regulatory Guide (RG) 1.23, "Onsite Meteorological Programs," regulatory compliance description to indicate compliance with Revision 1 of the RG with clarification of exceptions.

DRP 14-084 revised UFSAR Chapters 3, 7, and 9 to reflect the change in design basis for the Turbine Building High Energy Line Break (HELB) mitigation strategy as a result of revised thermal-hydraulic analysis and modifications to affected systems, including: the Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) Room Ventilation (VD) System, the Engineered Safety Features (ESF) Switchgear Room Ventilation (VX) System, and the Miscellaneous Electric Equipment Room (MEER) Ventilation (VE) System. The UFSAR was also revised to reflect design changes to the Control Room Ventilation (VC) System and the Diesel Oil Storage Tank (DOST) Rooms.

DRP 14-086 revised Braidwood UFSAR Sections 2.2.1, 2.2.2, 2.2.3 and Tables 2.2-4 and 2.2-5 to reflect the results of Control Room Envelope Habitability Chemical Surveys.

DRP 14-092 revised UFSAR Section 5.2.2.5.3 as a result of a design change on Braidwood Station, Unit 2 associated with replacing the valve trim on the SG PORVs and installing a valve stem block to restore design flow rates based on discovery that the current SG PORV capacity is less than design values. The UFSAR is revised to address revised stresses in the relief valve piping.

DRP 14-095 revised Chapters 6, 7, 9, and 15 to reflect the installation of HELB sensors at the Main Control Room emergency makeup air filter unit supply from the Turbine Building to mitigate the adverse impact on the VC Filtration System and Main Control Room environment due to a HELB in the Turbine Building.

DRP 14-096 revised UFSAR Section 10.2.2.2.1 to modify the description of the generator hydrogen cooler on Braidwood Station, Unit 2 as a result of design change.

DRP 15-022 revised UFSAR Sections 7.3.1.1.10.3.2 and 9.4.5.2.1.2 as a result of a design change to automatically start the Diesel Generator Room Ventilation System supply fans on high Diesel Generator temperature.

DRP 15-023 revised UFSAR Table 9.1-8 to reflect the addition of a display item on the Spent Fuel Pool Bridge Crane pendants for Byron Station as a result of a design change to illustrate when the crane is operating in the new "Maintenance Slow Mode."

DRP 15-024 revised UFSAR Chapters 7, 10, and 15 to reflect the installation of additional pressure transmitters in each AF pump suction line as a result of a design change on Byron Station, Unit 1. This design change revised the AF pump control circuit and results in a delay to AF initiation. Therefore, the Chapter 15 analyses were updated accordingly.

DRP 15-025 revised UFSAR Chapters 7, 10, and 15 to reflect the installation of additional pressure transmitters in each AF pump suction line as a result of a design change on Byron Station, Unit 2. This design change revised the AF pump control circuit and results in a delay to AF initiation. Therefore, the Chapter 15 analyses were updated accordingly.

DRP 15-028 revised UFSAR Table 3.2-1 to correct the Quality Group designation of the Control Rod Drive Mechanism (CRDM) thermal sleeves. The Quality Group classification is being revised from Quality Group "B" to "N/A", implying that ASME B&PV classification does not apply to the thermal sleeves. This is consistent with Westinghouse's classification of the CRDM thermal sleeves.

DRP 15-040 revised UFSAR Chapters 5, 9 and 15 to reflect a change in the design basis analyses for the Boron Recycle Holdup Tanks (RHUTs). The safety analysis description in the UFSAR was revised to indicate that the RHUT failure utilizes the Alternate Source Term methodology.

DRP 15-043 revised UFSAR Appendix A regulatory compliance descriptions for RG 1.30, 1.37, 1.38, 1.39 1.94 and 1.116 to supersede commitment to the RGs with commitment to NQA-1-1994 for consistency with the EGC QA Topical Report.

DRP 15-050 revised UFSAR Section 5.4.1.3.9 to correct the number of shock absorbers on the Reactor Coolant Pump anti-reverse rotation device from two to three.
