QUARTERLY REPORT OF ACTIVITY RELATED TO UPDATED EVACUATION TIME ESTIMATES
Dear Ms. Quinn:
The following provides a status, as of June 17, 2014, for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review of updated evacuation time estimate (ETE) analyses, submitted to the NRC in accordance with Section IV.4 of Appendix E to Title 10, Part 50 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR). This review is only intended to verify consistent application of the updated guidance contained in NUREG/CR-7002, Criteria for Development of Evacuation Time Estimate Studies, and does not constitute formal NRC approval. As such, the updated ETE analyses will remain subject to future NRC inspection in its entirety.
