Braidwood Station Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 14 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is submitting Revision 14 to the Braidwood Station Security Plan. Changes to this document were implemented on March 31, 2014. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2),

EGC is submitting these changes within 60 days of implementation.

The Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan has been revised as follows:

1. Adjusted associated page numbers in the index

2. Describe early warning system (EWS) illumination, alarms, and back-up power indication

3. Addressed unattended openings

4. Added 24 month review of EWS by nuclear oversight (NOS)

5. Added EWS lighting and compensatory measure detail

6. Described closed circuit television (CCTV) equipment capabilities at protected area (PA) perimeter

7. Added detail for lighting back-up capabilities

8. Described owner controlled area (OCA) patrol method used at Braidwood

9. Described chain of command for Command and Control

12. Added the new location of the local law enforcement agency (LLEA) room EGC has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Braidwood Station Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan.

Attachments 1 and 2 contain Safeguards Information. Therefore, EGC requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," paragraph (d)(1), and 10 CFR 73.22, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Specific Requirements," paragraph (a)(1)(i).
