Zwolinski, NRC, Proposed Changes to Section 6.0, Administrative Controls, July 1, 1985 The referenced letter provided you with some revisions to Proposed Change No. 130 to the technical specifications which were necessary to resolve some staff concerns. In subsequent discussions, the staff requested a revision to Section 6.15 so that reports pertaining to changes in radwaste treatment systems are included with the semiannual effluent release report.
We had proposed in Section 6.15 that major changes to the radioactive waste treatment systems be reported in the monthly operating report in which the change(s) was made effective. The above discussed staff request is acceptable and in order to be consistent with the reporting of changes to the Process Control Program (PCP) and the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM), the revision is hereby submitted as shown in the enclosure to this letter.
