ESFAS Subgroup Rely Technical Specification With regard to your letter of-August 16, 1982 requesting a change in the ESFAS subgroup relay technical specification, we have reviewed your request and find that we need the following additional information to complete our review.
Provide a list of the ESFAS sug_4group relays that:
- 1. cannot be tested at2power,
- 2. can be tested at po eir but only by manually defeating (bypassing) and subsequently restoring the ESFAS train, or
- 3. can be tested at po dr without defeating the ESFAS train, but are operationally burdensome to test.
If you have any questions reqdrding this request, please contact the NRC Projett Manager assigned to San Onofre 2 and 3.
