Emily, By letter dated March 26, 2013, PSEG Nuclear LLC, submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the 2013 Decommissioning Funding Status report for Hope Creek Generating Station, and Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3, as required under 10 CFR 50.75(f)(1). The NRC staff has reviewed the submittal by PSEG and has determined that additional information is required in order to complete its review.

Please find attached a Draft Request For Additional Information (RAI). Please respond to me by Wednesday, July 24, 2013, and advise if you desire to hold a teleconference to discuss the questions. The NRC staff requests a response to the attached within 30 days of the date of the formal letter transmitting the RAI.
