STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-12-0097- ENTERGY OPERATIONS, INC.S REQUEST TO RELOCATE THE RIVER BEND STATION BACKUP EMERGENCY OPERATIONS FACILITY The Commission has approved the proposal by Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) to relocate the existing backup emergency operations facility for the River Bend Station (RBS) to Entergys Customer Service Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a facility beyond 25 miles from RBS.
