A few items for you to consider:

1. We (Exelon) have the capability to provide a document portal that would allow you to review documents ahead of time. I am exploring the idea of using it for the Limerick project. I understand that the STARS plants have done this for a few of their projects. I had enquired about this for the TMI-1 project (although we opted not to use it) and I have attached the NRC response for your reference. Our Portal meets all of the requirements outlined in the letter. If youre amenable to this process then would I need to notify you in writing formally or otherwise do something else?

2. Based on the preliminary schedule. Scoping and Screening methodology will be on us fairly quickly. I assume that Billy Rogers is leading the audit? Anyway, will he have the audit plan (including the systems that would require walk-downs) to me by early September? This is extremely helpful in lining up resources on our end to efficiently meet your needs.

3. There is a strong possibility that our TLAA engineer may be away October 6-18. I assume the TLAA review will be done on the second week of the AMP audit. It is ok because we have a back-up. However, if it was possible to move the TLAA portion of the audit to the first week (October 3rd) that would be very helpful in that our primary TLAA engineer would be available for the first three days.
