Description:

Venting of the RHR heat exchanger is accompli shed through two safety related motor operated valves installed in series and operated from the control room. Operating procedures provide the operator with guidance for venting the heat exchanger to prevent accumulation of noncondensible gases.

Description:

Venting of the RHR heat exchanger is accompli shed through two safety related motor operated valves installed in series and operated from the control room in conjunction with manual vent valves. Operating procedures provide the operator with guidance for venting the heat exchanger to prevent accumulation of noncondensible gases.

Summary of Justification for Change or Deletion: Review of procedures for venting in response to Generic Letter 2008-01 identified the need to use manual vent valves in addition to the MOVs. See Engineering Report JAF-RPT-08-00015 Rev. 0, Entergy Letter JAFP-09-0037.

Description:

Implement the one-time inspection program as described in LRA section B.1.21. (Ref. JAFP 0109)

Description:

Complete all required one-time inspections as described in LRA section B.1.21. (Ref. JAFP 0109)

Summary of Justification for Change or Deletion: The initial action was to ensure the program was put in place to support completion of the commitment for license renewal. This change will change the action from implement to complete and move the date to prior to October 17, 2014.

Description:

Submit Second Inservice Test Program for JAF by Nov 15, 1985 (type o) (source doc title con't: that IST program will be submitted no later than Nov 15 1985 & SER - no later than Dec 1 1985 & request for extension of approved code reliefs which expired Jul 27 1985 ).

Description:

Submit Inservice Test (IST) Program and proposed Relief Requests to support each IST Ten-Year Interval.

Summary of Justification for Change or Deletion: The IST Program Document must be submitted for each 10-Year Interval. The submittal establishes the Code of Record for the interval and includes any Relief Requests that are identified prior to the beginning of the interval. This is in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55a.

This revision will support tracking of updates that will be required for the 5th and 6th IST Intervals.

Description:

The Authority has implemented an lSI program based on the 1974 edition, summer 1975 addenda of Section XI of the ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel Code. (Type Y)
