DRAFT OUTLINE COMMENTS Facility: ANO Unit 2 First Exam Date: January 28, 2011 Written Exam Outline 11/15/10 Comment Resolution 2011 Exam Sampling Methodology has Fix these two errors in your submitted 2 flaws: document and resubmit it. K/As equal to 2.5

1) The statement that the program were sampled as indicated in your submitted would allow selecting K/As outline.

greater than 2.5 would be an RESOLVED invalid sampling method because 1 K/As equal to 2.5 must be included in the sample.

2) No statement of fact exists indicating that you reviewed K/As less than 2.5 for those that may have a site-specific priority and determined there were none.
