RE: Snubber Replacement Reporting I contacted the cognizant technical branch (CPTB = Component Performance and Testing Branch) about this matter and identified the affected items to them:
Containment Spray 6 inch line (qty 1)
Reactor Coolant System 2 inch line (qty 2)
CVCS 2 inch line (qty 1)
Safety Injection 2 inch line (qty 1)
Your action to enter this condition into the Kewaunee Power Station corrective action program and include the missing (replaced) snubbers in the next routine report is acceptable.

Snubber Replacement Reporting
- Karl, Attached is the KPS 2009 ISI Summary Report that was submitted to NRC on January 4, 2010.
As we discussed, 5 snubber replacements were not included in that report (Form NIS-2 Owners Report For Repair/Replacement Activity) as required by paragraph IWA-6230 of ASME Section XI. This condition has been entered into the KPS corrective action program. Unless the staff desires the information sooner, we plan to report the 5 snubber replacements in the next routine report.
