Dear Mr. Edington:
Enclosed are changes to the schedule for the review of the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station license renewal application. The issuance date of the Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) has been delayed until January 24, 2011. As discussed with your staff, this delay is primarily the result of staff time necessary to develop certain sections of the draft SEIS associated with environmental impact statements within the jurisdiction of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
