An ultrasonic interface signal was noted adjacent to the examination volume with the 00 to 10°angles.

The indication does not obscure the signal from the back wall and appears to be a C/S segregate type condition, The indication is from 47 to 82.5 CWfrom Zero and 0.9 to 5.0 from the edge of the buttering at 2.4 depth from the OD. This area is outside the MRP-139 exam volume.

MRP-139 Coverage: This examination was for MRP-139 compliance, 100% of the required axial and 83% of the circumferential coverage was obtained excluding the cast stainless material as allowed in MRP-1 39, and as limited due to geometric configuration of the weld.
