The Arizona Public Service Company (APC) requested for an extension related to the Revised Supplemental Response to Generic Letter (GL) 2004-02 concerning Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 1, 2, and 3 by letter dated November 14, 2008. This request was earlier discussed on the phone between Balwant K. Singal and Donnie Harrison of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and Russell Stroud of APC on November 14, 2008. Your request for extending the Revised Supplemental Response to GL 2004-02 to December 19, 2008 is approved.
