KEWAUNEE POWER STATION APPLICATION FOR RENEWED OPERATING LICENSE WITHHELD REFERENCE DRAWING In a letter dated August 12, 2008 (Serial No. 08-0463), Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK) provided license renewal drawings to facilitate the NRC review of the application for renewed operating license for Kewaunee Power Station. One drawing was withheld from this drawing submittal package due to the potentially sensitive nature of the drawing. of this letter contains the drawing withheld from the letter dated August 12, 2008 (Serial No. 08-0463).
DEK requests that this drawing be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-026 on the basis that the facility details provided in the drawing have potential security implications.
Public disclosure of this information could potentially create harm or be detrimental to the physical security of the DEK nuclear facility by providing sensitive DEK information to parties whose interests may be adverse to the security of the DEK nuclear facility. DEK considers the information in this drawing to be sensitive security-related information. contains a redacted non-sensitive version of the drawing. Where the security-related information has been deleted, only the word "Redacted" remains.
As with all the drawings previously provided, this drawing is not considered to be part of the license renewal application.
