(1) AmerGen letter to USNRC, "Additional Information - License Amendment Request No. 315 - Application of Alternative Source Term," (TAC No.
MC6519), dated March 23, 2007 Reference 1 provided the radiological dose analysis calculation supporting the Oyster Creek Generating Station License Amendment Request No. 315, "Application of Alternative Source Term (TAC No. MC6519)." Reference 1 provided proprietary and non-proprietary versions of the calculation along with the required request for public withholding under 10 CFR 2.390 and the required affidavit certifying the basis for withholding. The non-proprietary version submitted in Reference 1 redacted some information that upon further consideration need not be withheld.
Accordingly, the previously submitted non-proprietary version of Calculation No. PSAT 05201 H.08, Revision 3, "Dose Assessment for Oyster Creek Control Room Habitability" is to be replaced with the non-proprietary version provided in Enclosure 1. No changes to the calculation have been made.
No new regulatory commitments are established by this submittal. If any additional information is needed, please contact David J. Distel at (610) 765-5517.
