1. Assess the acceptability of inserting a table in the LSCS TS to address the loss of 3 of 4 RTDs.
2. Correct the discrepancy in the UFSAR that describes the post accident temperature limit of 102 0 F versus the stated License Amendment value of 1040F.
3. Verify the level of accuracy of the original thermocouple measurement uncertainty and the basis for it.
4. Determine if the NRC approved a graded approach to setpoint methodology for other licensees.
