Dear Mr. Harden:

Enclosed is a revised schedule for the review of the Palisades Nuclear Plant, licenserenewal application. On May 5, 2005, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission received Nuclear Management Company's (NMC's) supplement to the license renewal application for the Palisades Nuclear Plant. As noted in your May 5, 2005 letter, NMC understands that this supplement to the application will impact the overall review schedule. As agreed upon with yourstaff, we established a schedule based on the receipt of the license renewal application supplement. This schedule has been revised to reflect the new dates for issuance of the final safety evaluation report and the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards full committee meeting.
