OF TELEPHONE CONFERENCE HELD ON APRIL 12, 2005, BETWEEN THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND NUCLEAR MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC, CONCERNING INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT, LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION (TAC NO. MC6433)

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff (the staff), and representatives of Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) held a telephone conference on April 12, 2005, to discuss the Palisades Nuclear Plant, license renewal application. The conference call was useful in clarifying the items involving scoping and screening of Engineered Safety Features (ESF)

(Section 2.3.2) and Time-Limited Aging Analysis (TLAA) statements (Section 4.7.3 and 4.7.4). provides a listing of the meeting participants.
