NQA 06-015 May 2, 2006 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn.: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Docket No. 50-312 Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station License No. DPR-54 RANCHO SECO LICENSE TERMINATION PLAN ELECTRONIC COPY Attention: John Hickman In SMUD letter MPC&D 06-035, dated April 12, 2006, we submitted the License Termination Plan (LTP) for Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. As I understand it, the NRC was not able to process the electronic copies of the LTP into ADAMS due to the way that we generated the PDF files on the CD.
Accordingly, we have generated new PDF files using the guidance in the NRC's desk reference guide for generating PDF documents. Hopefully, the PDF files on the attached CD will resolve the problems with the initial CD.
