October 18, 2016 DPG 16-251 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn.: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Docket No. 50-312 Rancho Seco Nuclear Station License No. DPR-54 BIENNIAL UPDATE TO RANCHO SECO LICENSE TERMINATION PLAN Attention: Zahira Cruz The Rancho Seco License Termination Plan (LTP), Revision 2 was submitted by the Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) under cover letter dated October 30, 2014.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(e), SMUD is providing notification that no changes to the LTP have been made since Revision 2 was submitted.
