DPG 14-095 May 1, 2014 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Director, Division of Security Operations Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response Washington, DC 20555-0001 ANNUAL NOTIFICATION OF FOREIGN OWNERSHIP, CONTROL, OR INFLUENCE STATUS In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 95.17, and the reporting requirements commensurate with the granting of the Facility Clearance for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District's (SMUD), SMUD is providing a status update to the Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests as well as notification of recent changes in key management personnel.
There have been no significant changes in SMUD's operations relating to the Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests on which the original Facility Clearance was granted.
The sole change to the Certificate Pertaining to Indebtedness is the conclusion of the Letter of Credit Agreement between the Royal Bank of Canada and NCGA.
The following changes have occurred in the Key Management Personnel:
Board of Directors: The same individuals remain on the Board of Directors. However, Director Genevieve Shiroma is now serving as the Board President and Larry Carr is serving as the Board Vice President.
Executive Team Changes: The General Manager & Chief Executive Officer John DiStasio retired in April and the following listing reflects the changes to the Executive Team. Those not listed remain as originally submitted.
