SSMUDm DPG 14-228 October 22, 2014 U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Director, Division of Security Operations Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response Washington, DC 20555-0001 ANNUAL NOTIFICATION OF FOREIGN OWNERSHIP, CONTROL, OR INFLUENCE STATUS In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 95.17, and the reporting requirements commensurate with the granting of the Facility Clearance for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District's (SMUD), SMUD is providing a status update to the Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests as well as notification of recent changes in key management personnel.
There have been no significant changes in SMUD's operations relating to the Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests on which the original Facility Clearance was granted since the last report. In addition, there have been no changes to the Key Management Personnel since the last report.
